not so stranger!

 Afternoon party people.

Back to the grindstone eh? MAN dontcha just hate that monday feeling.... Still, one day closer to the weekend. yipeee!

So todays challenge is about a stranger... but, im going to put a twist on it, cos this is about people becoming LESS of a stranger! And since shes hardly a stranger anymore - haha, i wanna dedicate this post to my new housemate!

Well, she's finally moved in... i say moved in - all her stuff is exploded across the attic room, so im guessing thats "moved in" :p And its monday, which sucks but i dont feel like it sucks as much now, cos i have a partner in crime to grumble with.. grumbly mondays are now FUNGRUMBLES! and i dont have to feel bummed cos we have a whole WEEK to get through at work before the weekend and hangtime... cos when youre living with a friend, it means that you have hangtime everyday! its PARTY TIME!!! ok, so maybe not literally. We do both have jobs to go to! But its nice cos i dont feel so lonely being here... and even when i have work to do, like now (ahem - cos i can multitask work and blogging, right?!) and she's not back from work yet... its cool - cos i know we'll hang out later! She works at a school too, so she knows the pressures of being with a bunch of rowdy kids all day. I do love my job (most of the time) but sometimes you just need to go RAaAaAar!! 

But yeah, to sum it up : its really nice to have a friend to live with...! of course i love my mum to bits, but shes not here that often and when she is, shes stressed and tired. So its good to have someone my own age around, just to banter and chat with, to paint nails and gossip about our days and all that jazz. And when mums here, she gets the fun stuff too, which makes her happier and more fun, which make ME happier and we're all a big happy bundle of smiley happy eejits. BLEUGH. i make myself sick with this crazy upbeatness. Where has cynical sarcasmo-clem gone?!?! haha. nah shes still there but im enjoying being abit happier and chirpier, cos to be honest... I cant believe ive missed out on this for so long because of being ill and being scared and living in my own self-contained little bubble world... its all fine and good! What was i so worried about?! :p

So im afraid folks, here concludes todays ramble-fest. i have a parent to call and some cover lessons to plan before tomo. Im FINALLY taking those pesky year 9's out on their Art Trip, so i wanna make sure everythings ready and sorted for that!
