Mmm foot sanitiser spray

Is there anything "fresher" than a pair of old bowling shoes?!?

ma feets

Cos somehow i dont think a quick spritz of lemon scented "sani-spray" (is it just me or does that just sound plain... wrong?!) can remedy the grossness of having endless pairs of sweaty footed inhabitants in them. Im not really fussed about sharing stuff, but i KNOW that size 5 is the most popular size of shoe these days, so survey says that those shoes have had a fair few "goes". haha. urgh.

Well thank god i wore proper socks today eh...

Cos i was on a bowl-roll!!!
i know i dont know what im talking about...
just go with it!

It was lifestyles group today and after last weeks lunch outing, we had a slightly less pressuring "fun" challenge planned. A trip to the local bowling alley.... ahh, reliving our childhood birthday bowling parties is always a good way to feel mature, responsible and like people take you seriously!! Bahahaha, it mustve looked so funny. the group of us trooping up and bowling away like loons. I dont care tho... lifes about living and having fun in whatever situation. and thats what i damn well did...!!!

And if it wasnt for that bloody useless nurse keyworker (who apparently had to come along for health & safety reasons, altho nobody invited her or wanted her there. hmmm) i wouldve won! i got 3 half strikes and one strike so i kicked ASS!!!! Annoyingly, the nurse-eejit chucked the ball about like it was a basketball, complained that she couldnt see the pins and yet somehow managed to get TWO points more than me!!!!! GUTTED!!!! still i didnt really count her, and everyone said i was the real winner ayways! since they all hate her, there were more than a few loudly spoken "you were robbed", "it shouldve been you" comments. which was funny... altho slightly pointless, cos she's literally as deaf as a post :-p

But it was a fun day and i came home feeling all cheery... so i gave mum a big hug, played with the dogs raggy toy and everyone was all smiles :-)

This is quite nice....
y'know...

...this LIVING lark!

id be perfectly ok with living without being a sad, grumpy, irritable, nasty, unhappy BORE!!! even if i AM abit bigger and maybe dont have a perfectly flat stomach all the time and i dont fit kids clothes.... cos whats so great about that?! feeling good and happy and NICE is way more fun... OOH maybe this recovery thing will all be worth it in the end after all! cos i know id much rather feel happy than be all stressed about how many calories are gonna be in my dinner or worrying that i didnt do enough stretches or that my stomach is puffy or yelling at mum cos she's moved my salad.... Meh, that sounds like DULLSVILLE!!!

  1. Definitely!

No adult should EVER wear child's clothes. Ever. Yes, they may be cheaper - but they're also for children and we're adults! We are allowed 'grown up' clothes now ;)

You definitely were robbed, so in future when you tell people about your trip to the bowling alley just say you won, that woman doesn't count anyway.

Keep it up Clemmy, seriously, a flat stomach is nothing compared to having an actual proper fun life. x
