Ahh people, lifes not fair...!
It seems like you americans have such a blast around autumn time (or "fall"... see you even have fancy WORDS for it!) there are pumpkin patches, halloween madness! (lets face it, us brits dont exactly go to town on this holiday...) they have spiced lattes, special autumnal foods, BAH the list goes on!!! Well its official, Im jealous....! and ive decided i want to start bringing the party over here and spice up autumn in the UK.

im pretty sure this cute little critter isnt british!
Now, im not exactly sure HOW im gonna do this yet, but im determined to do something!!!
So, help me out peeps!
Any ideas? What can i do to put some british fun into fall.....??

You might well wonder why im getting so autumned up already, well today my friends, was the FIRST day that ive had weather woes. Yup, even tho i checked the trusty bbc weather forecast lastnight, it was NOT hot and sunny as predicted (well, maybe it was for like an hour or so this afternoon) but this morning when i got out the house and looked outside, there was some serious grey skies action happening... Stupidly i was all,
"Naaaah blud, its gonna clear up SWEET like by 9am"
and skipped out to the mumatrons VEhicle with only a flimsy cardy on (well OBVS i had bottoms on and stuff, im not a naked nora thankyou very much!) but when mum dropped me off on the road by school, it was officially drizzlebound. not so nice. I literally walk about TWO minutes to get into school but in that space of time, the precipitational shower had turned my hair into a frizzball and my clothes all damp (urgh, i hate the word damp, but sadly this was the only way to describe)
Yeah, i was pretty pissed that i didnt pick up my a) umbrella and b) wear a warm jumper!

this one wouldve gone done a TREAT!
LESSON LEARNED!!! the umbrella is already packed in my bag ready for tomoz and i WILL be taking some warmer clothing! just call me miss prepared :-)
wait does that sound like im NOT prepared??? like mis-calculated means you've calculated wrong??? hmm. lets call me LADY prepared instead :-p
why does this matter? it doesnt. im an idiot!
Anyways, since i think that little british heat-wave that we had going on is now gones-ville. Winter here we come.... But wait, its not winter yet. cos we still have AUTUMN!!!!
obligatory shot of the poochums looking adorably autumnal :-)
Hence my "i-wanna-get-in-the-autumn-mood-cos-clearly-im-not-ready-for-winter-yet", bring it on people, lets rock this october into NEXT YEAR!
god im such a geek, im leaving now!
....probably to jump in a pile of leaves or something....
....OOH i can buy some new welly boots!
Later sweet potater :-)
(yes im well aware that doesnt spell right, but it DOES rhyme ok!!!)

Fun fact about me: I bring my umbrella EVERYWHERE! Even on beautiful fall days. I HATE rain (did you already know this??) so I do not want to chance getting stuck in a rain storm without protection!!
