Well this week is a crazy week of GCSE exams, inspectors walking around and observing lessons and possibly the new arrival of a new little furry friend!
Word on the street (well, sis's dog rescue friend) is that they have been in contact with a woman who no longer wants her pug puppy, Ooooooh! so if it all goes thru, me and mum might have a scampering, snuffling (not to mention peeing and scrathing furniture) puggy pup!!!!
TOO EXCITING!
But anyway, mustnt get my hopes up, it might not happen, but..... Eeeeeeeee!
Back to this week, ive just finished day 2 of the Art exams, thats Group A out of the way now Group B start tomo. Im abit worried for them tbh, they dont seem that fussed about doing much work! they do keep asking what grade i thought they'd get for their work, but i havent the heart to tell them the truth. I have, however said that they really havent got enough work to support a final piece. i think they preferred the nice teacher they used to have instead of this bossy, hardworking guilt-tripper that ive been forced to become! nearly over tho, then i can relax a bit......
Got inspected today aswell! as if im not busy enough. Had a lady come into my PSHE lesson as we were discussing smoking. I think it went quite well, we were having a good discussion and i got the group to make fact quizzes for the rest of us to answer to show how much we'd learnt throughout the lesson. Luckily all of them had been paying attention and could answer correctly!
Other than work stuff, not much has happened, still waiting to hear back from the doctors. altho im now super scared about what i may have let myself in for. I know i wanted help to recover and guidance on what im doing, but i dont want them to ship me off to hospital or anything... I have so much going on in my life at the mo that i would hate to have to give up. It seems so unfair not to give someone the right to choose, especially if they are willingly participating in the recovery process.
I know i can do this myself, so hopefully it'll all be fine. But big brave hugs to anyone going thru this situation :-)
