Phews, its a hard life people. you know, jetsetting about, living the life of a traveller. spanning the globe searching for fun times.... Ahh i kid! im hardly the seasoned explorer just yet! (altho im definitely getting a taste for it!! im not even scared of flying anymore! well.... maybe not quite AS scared and thats progress!)

Anyway, i am home and ive gotta admit, its good to be back! theres something about sleeping in your own bed, with all your stuff around you... Its comforting :-)

So we were supposed to get home late saturday night, but surprise surprise the flight as delayed and so we didnt get home till gone 2am on sunday morn. BOOOO. then it was a quick power nap and up n the morning to head to Bluewater to pick up our new IPADS!!!! yeeeeeah im now the proud owner of a shiny new apple toy (does anyone else love how they package their goodis up so nicely?! its like unwrapping a little slice of perfection :-p) So ive been trying to get it all set up but since this week is already looking a little crayzeeeee, im running on minus time! I leave again on friday morn to go to cornwall and i have so much to fit in to these next few days! I already did the bumper doctors/nutritionist/therapy appts yesterday, what a fun way to spend a day THAT was! i wont go into deets cos im trying really hard to focus my energy on positive progress and not over thinking things too much, which is damn hard. but im trying. im also trying to keep up the idea of NOT being active now that im back in my everyday life. i did really well at not doing a hell of alot in ibiza (it was SO hot, it was all i could do to just lie like a fish and wiggle occasionally when i needed water!) but yeah, already the ED side has started chiming in telling me to walk and stuff. but im trying really hard to ignore it and continue my new routines.... fingers crossed eh?!

it helps that i have been so mentally occupied, i dont have time to dwell on things and that means i can push the ED niggles out of my head and distract myself with other things. long may it last!!!

Anyways, im sorry i havent been around to post more, but im still here and still reading your blogs... im just trying to be abit "freer" with my time veofre i get back to the grindstone of work in little over 2weeks time. EEK, where did this summer go?!?!?!?

Here are a few pics to show how beautiful the white island of ibiza is.... i cannot even tell you how gorgeous it was, clear blue skies and blazing sun everyday. i wasnt complaining!!! (altho coming back to the drizzle and damp of the UK was abit of a shocker! my umbrella is already getting some action and its not even september yet!)
